I need to remove this product from a PC that I deployed using Kaseya.  The agent has been uninstalled already.  Because the agent is gone, the c:\kworking directory is also gone, and when I initiate an uninstall command, it fails because it needs files in that path.

Hello Andrew,

If the Kaseya Agent has been removed and the GSM command is no longer functioning as a result, you will need to either remotely connect to that endpoint or move over to it physically to perform the uninstall in Safe Mode.

***For instructions on starting in Safe Mode with Networking  <a href="http://answers.webroot.com/Webroot/Loginr.aspx?pid=10&login=1&app=vw&solutionid=68" target="_blank">click here</a>.***

1. After Booting into SafeMode with Networking, open the Command Prompt as an admin.
2. Type in "C:\Program Files\Webroot\WRSA.exe" -uninstall

***(You may need to adjust the file path if you've changed the install directory)***

3. Enter in the CAPTCHA puzzle.
4. Reboot into normal Windows mode and test.
